Core Rotation Type-2 Color Injection Molding
After the completion of the 1st injection, completed mold rotates 180. 2nd injection takes place on top of 1st injection. This rotating cycle speeds up the injection process by saving time. In addition, the gate partition of first semi-finished part can be eliminated by 2nd injection molding
